What the three balances mean, how to withdraw, and why we verify the account name on your bank details.

5 min readUpdated

Everything you earn sits on the Earnings page. Nothing is withdrawn automatically — you decide when to take the money out.

Your three balances

  • Available — cleared earnings you can withdraw right now.
  • Pending — earnings still being processed.
  • Total earned — everything you've made on Preentah, all time.

Requesting a payout

Tap Request payout when your available balance is above zero. The request is raised, you get a reference for it, and it moves through pending to successful. You'll see the outcome in your payout history.

Setting up your bank account

Payouts go to the account you register under Payouts in Shop settings. Select your bank, enter the 10-digit account number, and we look the account up automatically — you'll see the resolved account name and confirm it before it's saved. The number is masked afterwards, so the full account number is never displayed again.

Online payments and cash on collection

Orders record how the customer paid — by card online, or in cash when they collect. That payment method is shown on each order so you know what to expect when they arrive.

Key takeaways

  • Your earnings split into Available, Pending and Total earned.
  • You request payouts yourself — there's no fixed settlement schedule.
  • Your bank account name is verified before payouts can be requested.
