• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Preentah is intended for users 13 years and older.

3. Notifications & Third-Party Services

Preentah may send updates via app notifications, email, SMS, or other channels.

• These services rely on third-party providers (e.g., Firebase, payment processors, SMS gateways). Preentah cannot guarantee delivery in cases of service outages, technical errors, or restrictions imposed by third parties.
• By using Preentah, you consent to receive notifications through the channels you enable.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for how you use Preentah's services and any documents you upload.
• Preentah is a marketplace platform and does not replace professional advice or services.
• You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

• All software, designs, content, and branding within Preentah are the exclusive property of O'range Development.
• You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify Preentah without prior written consent.
• User-uploaded documents remain your property, but you grant Preentah a license to use them for service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Preentah is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

O"range Development is not liable for missed notifications, service failures, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the app.

You may stop using Preentah at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.
