For business partners

Complete verification

Verification is what unlocks full merchant access. Here is exactly which documents we ask for, how long review takes, and what to do if something is rejected.

Verification confirms that you are who you say you are and that the business exists. It protects your customers, and it's what gives your shop full access to the platform.

The three documents

  • Business registration document — CAC certificate, CAC registration document, or another document you select. Registered businesses only, and PDF only.
  • Means of identification — NIMC ID card, driver's licence, international passport, permanent voter's card, or another document you select. PDF or image.
  • Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, tenancy agreement, tax clearance certificate, or government ID that shows your address.

What each status means

  • Not submitted — nothing uploaded yet. Tap Request verification to start.
  • Submitted — your documents are under review. You can preview exactly what you sent.
  • Verified — approved. Full merchant access is active.
  • Rejected — something wasn't accepted. The reason is shown, and you can resubmit.
  • Suspended — an administrator has paused the account. Contact support.

If you're rejected

A rejection is almost always a legibility problem — a blurred photo, a cropped document, or a page that doesn't show the address. The reason is displayed next to the status. Replace the document that failed and submit again; you don't have to re-upload the ones that were accepted.

What verification unlocks

Once verified, your account shows full merchant access and your shop becomes visible to customers — it's the combination of an active, verified shop that isn't suspended. Until then you can prepare everything, but customers can't order from you.

Key takeaways

  • Three documents: a business registration document (if registered), a means of identification, and a proof of address.
  • Review usually takes 2–3 business days.
  • A rejection always comes with a reason, and you can resubmit from the same screen.
